Rolando McClain arrested in Alabama… again (Updated)

Tell me if you’ve heard this one before: Rolando McClain gets arrested in Alabama and the details which are absolutely hilarious.

Yes, the Raiders’ problematic linebacker is in trouble with Alabama police again. In 2011, McClain was arrested and found guilty on assault charges. Chargers were later dropped in that case, but the photo of McClain’s arrest deserves to be a first-ballot hall-of-famer somewhere.

On Tuesday, McClain was busted for a window tint violation in Decatur, Ala., and, thankfully, the details do not disappoint. Via

Decatur Police tell WHNT News 19 that the Oakland Raiders Linebacker was pulled over for a window tint violation.  Police say he then provided the arresting officer with a false name.  At that time McClain was taken into custody.

McClain bonded out of Decatur City Jail earlier today.

Either McClain is incredibly stupid, or he just really doesn’t want to be associated with the Raiders anymore.

Post in the comments your best guess as to what name McClain provided to the police. The person with the funniest guess could win a prize (likely not).

UPDATE: McClain speaks:

“I’m falsely accused of everything,” #Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain told the Decatur Daily. “It’s corrupt. It’s terrible.”

Asked if he believes police are out to get him, McClain said, “Yes. You said it. I answered it.”
