The Raiders on Friday reportedly came to terms on an exclusive-rights contract with reserve linebacker Kaelin Burnett.
Burnett was undrafted last year and played in six games for the Raiders last season. He registered two tackles in six games as a special teams player after being promoted from the practice squad.
The Raiders also signed his brother Kevin, a former Dolphins linebacker, this week.
The Burnetts will now attempt to take over control of the NFL from the Manning brothers.
