Raffi Torres, Scott Hannan won’t make Sharks debuts vs. Flames on Friday

The two newest Sharks won’t be making their debuts with the team on Friday at home vs. the Flames.

Acquired in a pair of deals on Wednesday before the league’s trade deadline, Raffi Torres and Scott Hannan won’t be in the lineup because of health reasons.

Hannan, as we previously mentioned, has been out since March 17 with an upper body injury and will need to miss more time before making his first appearance in a Sharks jersey since 2007.

Torres, meantime, was sick with an unnamed illness on Thursday. He’s feeling better a day later but will still be held out of Friday’s contest. So, Sharks fans will have to wait at least one more game to awkwardly cheer on the controversial winger.

The Sharks’ next game is Sunday at the Tank against the Stars.
